CloneScale AI Studios provides AI spokesperson creation, scriptwriting and video production under the package or written agreement you select.
Limits and revisions
Each package has defined monthly video counts, length limits and revision allowances. Video generation is not unlimited.
Consent requirement
We create digital spokespersons only with documented authorization from the person depicted. You represent that all likeness, voice and content you provide is authorized.
Content review and approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all scripts and videos before publication, including any industry-specific claims and disclosures.
No guaranteed results
Savings estimates are illustrative. We do not guarantee advertising performance, leads, sales or specific cost savings.
AI disclosure
Videos may be labeled as AI-generated where appropriate or legally required.
Prohibited uses
Deceptive, defamatory, unlawful or non-consensual uses of digital likenesses are prohibited and may result in termination.
