Documented authorization required
We never create a digital likeness or voice clone without signed, documented authorization from the individual being reproduced.
Identity verification
The individual must complete identity verification and record a consent statement before avatar creation begins.
Scope of use
Consent defines which business, purposes and duration the digital spokesperson may be used for. Uses outside that scope require new consent.
Revocation
The individual may revoke consent in writing. We will stop producing new videos with that likeness, subject to the client agreement.
Content approval
Every script and video is reviewed and approved by the client before delivery. Regulated industries require compliance review of claims and disclosures.
Prohibited
We refuse to clone public figures, employees without consent, or any person whose authorization cannot be verified.
